I have moved every decade of my life, until I moved to NC in 2000 and found my forever home. Born in Arizona, I spent my early childhood on the beaches of Southern California. I moved to Oregon as a teenager, where I met my wife Lori, in high school.

We married at age 18 and 19, and began the journey of love, life and ministry from a very young age. We jokingly say we finished raising each other and that has somehow helped us to survive and thrive in a marriage of over 30 years.

I love reading, playing my guitar and being with my family and Bernese Mountain Dogs. I have loved being a Police Chaplain for the Town of Davidson for nearly thirteen years. I am most proud of my daughter, and love seeing her navigate her life with intention as she works hard on her relationships and love for Christ.
